The Terms

I will do all I can to get you a solution according to the "The Deal" above. If this does not resolve the issue, answer your question, it is too complex to solve on Twitter, or it's an emergency, then you may schedule a followup call from me by making an appointment. Simply use the "Appointment" tab on the right hand side of the page, click on "Select Service" and choose "Remote Support", then choose an available time that is convenient for you. I'll call you at the number you provide at the specified time. The charge is $25.00 per incident.

The Plea

Please keep in mind that I am doing this with the extra time in my otherwise busy schedule. I will answer every question in the order received but some days may be quicker than others. I appreciate your patience.
